SHIPPING POLICY

 ORDER PROCESSING

Once an order is placed on our website, please allow 1-3 business days for the order to be processed. All orders should receive an order confirmation notification via email at the completion of the order. A shipping notification will follow after your order is processed containing your order's tracking number. Sometimes our notifications can be labeled as Spam/Junk by your email provider. As this is out of our control please make sure to add sales.activaoooracing@gmail.com to your address book to ensure delivery of our notifications. If you have registered an account with your order all order status information can also be found online within "My Account"


*If you have not received a tracking number, but received confirmation that you order was shipped, please contact sales.activaoooracing@gmail.com immediately for your tracking number.

DELIVERY OPTIONS


We usually ship via USPS offering customers First Class Mail, Priority Mail and Express Mail services. All of our shipments include tracking. Some items on our site may require a different shipping method such as Fed Ex or UPS. We offer shipping to both domestic and international destinations.


ACTIVAOOO RACING, LLC is NOT responsible for misdeliveries. If you miswrote the shipping address on your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order so we can make the changes for you. Failure to contact us may result in the loss of your package or may be sent back to our facility, in which you will be required to pay for the reshipping fees via money request sent to you through e-mail. Shipping fees are non-refundable after it leaves our warehouse.


DOMESTIC ORDERS


We offer the following USPS Services:
USPS Priority Mail. 1-3 days from time of shipment depending on destination.
USPS Priority Express. 1-2 days from time of shipment depending on destination.
USPS First Class. On smaller orders weighing 13oz or less we offer First Class. This will be the cheapest shipping option when available. 1-5 days from time of shipment depending on destination.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

USPS Priority Mail International. 6-10 days from time of shipment depending on destination.
USPS Priority Express International. 3-5 days from time of shipment depending on destination.


*International orders are subject to Duties, Customs, and Value Added Taxes. These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost that may have been incurred with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to. ACTIVAOOO RACING, LLC is not responsible for additional fees requested by the Mail Carrier or Customs.


**Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders. Offer is Only For The 48 Contiguous States.

All transit times are estimates. Orders can arrive before or after these estimates. ACTIVAOOO RACING, LLC is not responsible for any delays that may occur. All grievances is the responsibility of the customer and must be handled with USPS directly.


ORDERS PLACED DURING SALES, HOLIDAYS, AND OTHER HIGH VOLUME TIMES


Special circumstances such as national holidays or sales may delay processing times. Although we will do our best to get orders out as soon as possible please allow 3-5 business days in these circumstances. The transit time of shipping for domestic and international orders may also be delayed by up to an additional 14 days. Please keep this in mind when ordering. (These are some of the specific holidays that you should consider-- including, but not limited to: Veteran’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.)


**If you have not received your order after 3 weeks from the date you ordered with us, please contact us immediately.


MAIL THEFT/LOST PACKAGES/TAMPERED PACKAGES


Check your tracking number periodically. If you did not receive one, please request one right away, you may email us at sale.activaoooracing@gmail.com. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We are not responsible for delayed shipments caused by the shipping carrier. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
